It's the most beautiful shade of pink we've ever seen.  It's bright but is softened because of the natural nap of the velour.  As you can see in the photo, you'll see different shades in different lighting.

*What is factory dyed?  It's been dyed professionally in mass quantities by a factory in China.  It has a deeper, more intense color saturation than with hand-dyed fabric.  The color won't fade as quickly, and there's a nice bounce to the fabric as it's been preshrunk.
